Director of Design Anna Schiff describes Innovative’s creative team’s collaborative process by saying, “We don’t just work alongside each other; we actively support and push one another creatively. The design team kicks off projects together, talks through ideas during brainstorms, and often has desk-side chats throughout the day.”
That ongoing communication, paired with a strong sense of trust, has been essential to the team’s growth. “Collaboration and open feedback also build confidence,” Schiff added. “Whether it’s polishing presentation skills or strengthening art direction, we’re constantly learning from one another.”
